  • Incorrect Item: The product received differs from the order placed on our website.
  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, free from dirt or scratches caused by improper installation, and with original tags/labels attached (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to support returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to improper installation techniques.
  • Damage caused by external factors (sharp objects, unsuitable cleaning chemicals, or pet scratches).
  • Items purchased during "clearance sales" or promotional events where it was explicitly stated that returns are not accepted.
